No! Our van is completely self-contained with its own fresh water tank (70 gallons), power generator, and waste water holding tank. We don't need anything from you except a parking spot in your driveway or on the street.
No problem! Our van is fully enclosed and climate-controlled. Your dog stays warm, dry, and comfortable regardless of the weather. We'll just need a clear path to walk your dog from your door to the van.
Absolutely! Some owners prefer to watch, while others use the time to run errands or work from home. We find that most dogs do better when owners aren't watching (they tend to show off and act up!), but you're welcome to observe through the window or pop in to check progress.
Mobile grooming is actually ideal for difficult dogs! The one-on-one attention, familiar environment, and absence of other dogs significantly reduces stress and behavioral issues. Our groomers are experienced with challenging cases. However, safety is paramount - if a dog is too dangerous to groom safely, we may recommend working with a veterinary behaviorist or sedated grooming through your vet.
Yes, for your dog's safety and comfort, we require someone 18+ to be home. You don't need to actively supervise - you can work from home, do chores, etc. We just need someone available to bring the dog out and let them back in when finished.
Most dogs are done in 60-90 minutes. Small dogs with simple cuts might be done in 45 minutes, while large dogs with thick coats could take 2 hours. We'll give you an estimated timeframe when booking based on your dog's breed and requested services.
